Shocking(Interesting) Health Facts

Just a thought of sharing.

I have read one article online regarding the health and lifestyle. Guess what, I found its very interesting when it comes to health and people. So, here I think I would summarize all the 7 shocking health statistics:

1) 1 out of 10 families in Britain counts Cola (soda drinks) as fruits. Do you agree with me? Based on my observation, yes I can say that cola is the most consumed drinks be it in Britain or Us or maybe other part of the world. Don't believe me, ask any doctors whether consuming this good or bad practice

2) One in sex women rather be BLIND than FAT!- Ironically, i am not sure why some people view being slim is more important than eye sight. Good eyesight would lead to a great health, as you know which is good and not, you can read how much calories or sugar added, you are able to see the dos and donts. So, this fact surprises me after all.

3) About half, to be exact 48% women want to have a cosmetic surgery. At first I was not convinced, but after I look at Miss Korea which some said they are 'beauty modified" thru cosmetic surgery, this point stay put in my head

4)  Its a good one to know that One third of all cancers are preventable.- That's why early prevention is really crucial, take supplements, avoid any inner body dysfunctional system, dont be calculative when it comes to you health. Remember preventing is different from curing.

5) There you go! For all the SMOKERS out there. It is said to be that smokers lose 1/3 of their everyday memory. So, if you found your husband or wife keep forgetting something, you know that could be one of the signs:)

6) Believe it or not, only 6% of US population exercise for 30 minutes a day- exercise daily somewhat is challenging. Time constraint and after work maybe some claim they lose energy. However, try to find ways to exercise. Simple walking and climbing up the stairs would do:) Try it out

7) Without you noticing it, you could unknowingly take 36 teaspoons of sugar a day- Well, its true. Look around you. Desert, drinks, chocolate, and even in your meals it contains more sugar that you expected.
